These sessions are for internal people only. This Trust-wide Governor Briefing and Development Event is designed to provide governors with a comprehensive overview of key strategic priorities across the Trust, alongside targeted training to strengthen governance effectiveness.

The event will bring together governors from across all academies to receive high-level updates on finance, operations, and educational performance. Senior Trust leaders will present current position statements, emerging risks, and future priorities, enabling governors to better understand the wider Trust context and how individual settings contribute to overall outcomes.
