Meet Our Team

Kirsty started working in governance in 2009 and has worked for numerous establishments including maintained primary and secondary schools, special schools, the local authority and academy trusts. 

Kirsty has a proven track record of supporting governing bodies to become more effective.  In her role for the Trust, Kirsty leads the development and support of governance and ensures the Trust remains compliant.  She provides advice and guidance to the Directors on governance, constitutional and procedural matters as well as line managing a team of clerks across the Trust who ensure that the Local Governing Bodies are effective.

Outside of work, Kirsty is a keen walker and is currently in the process of walking the Southwest Coast Path!
