How our Support Staff learnt to 'Unleash their Superhero'

It was great to welcome Jim Roberson again. He delivered his powerful and engaging session on the 'Rapport Approach' to support staff. He spoke about how everyone's engagement and interaction with pupils makes a difference, especially when ww unleash the superhero within us!

An Assistant Headteacher and author of 'The Discipline Coach', Jim shared his hard earned lessons growing up in New York’s Bronx and later experience in professional football before becoming a teacher. He shared stories from his many years’ working both in school and outside with some of the country’s most vulnerable and demanding young people and techniques for making school the best experience for for every child.
