Meet Our Team

Mel is the EYFS Trust lead and has a great deal of experience within early years education and school leadership.

She has led large Nursery and Reception provisions, as well as being Head of school in both a rural and city school. Mel believes that relationships should be at the heart of school improvement. Her aim is to support flourishing communities by providing support in partnership with families, outside agencies, leaders, teachers and most importantly children, all of whom have their role to play in initiating and sustaining change.

At home, she likes to walk and enjoy the Devon countryside, bake, and look after her garden.
