Rachel brings over 20 years of graduate public and private sector experience in Human Resources (HR) and School Business Management.

With expertise in employment law, safeguarding and school operations, Rachel leads the Trust’s People Strategy and oversees HR operations, Advisory, and Safer Recruitment.

A lifelong learner, she additionally holds a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in School Business Management and is an ILM-qualified Professional Coach and Mentor.

Within the Trust, Rachel supports safeguarding culture, delivers CPD training, and leads the Internal Coaching Network. She is passionate about colleague wellbeing and fostering a culture of leadership excellence in all aspects of people management and organisational development.

Outside of work, Rachel values exploring the Devon countryside with family and friends.
