Lucy joined the Trust in 2022 bringing with her a wealth of experience in operational management in the education sector.

Prior to joining the Trust, she worked at Plymouth University as Assistant Faculty Registrar where she played a key role in supporting academic operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of faculty services.

Lucy has always been passionate about creating environments where staff and students can thrive.  Her experience across both higher education and the academy sector has given her a strong understanding of operational excellence, compliance and the importance of effective organisational support.

As Operations and Compliance Manager, Lucy is responsible for ensuring the Trust's operational functions and compliance requirements are delivered to the highest standards.  Lucy is committed to supporting schools through robust systems, continuous improvement and collaborative working, helping to ensure the Trust provides the very best environment for pupils, staff and the wider community.
