He has a strong track record in estate management, property strategy, capital projects, and operational excellence, Dean is committed to creating high-quality environments that enable organisations to thrive. He brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to leadership, driving sustainable improvements and delivering long-term value through effective estate and facilities management.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys running (walking) ultra-marathons and exploring the Cornish Coast Paths and beaches with his family.
