Meet Our Team

Louise has been a SENDCo for over 15 years and part of St. Christopher’s Trust since 2014.  Louise is currently a practicing SENCO at St. Matthew’s Primary in Plymouth and our SEND Trust Lead. 

She is passionate about inclusion for all children and a big advocate for the importance of relationships and all communication being an intervention.  Louise supports and develops other SENCOs within their schools.  She shares the knowledge she has gained from completing the NPQ Behaviour and Culture qualification with colleagues and is a facilitator of Passive Intervention and Prevention training to schools within our Trust.
